Initial Consultation (Online)

Service Description

The Initial Consultation is a short, free session where we can get acquainted, determine a plan of action and organise how we would like to proceed. It is important to find a counsellor whom you feel able to develop a specific relationship with. This session is provided for us to discuss what is going on with you as much as it is for you to decide whether I am the right counsellor for you. We will discuss some of your goals, what you would like to achieve and how we can get there together I will explain my fees, the confidentiality agreement and then we can organise our first full session.
