My Services

I specialise in helping people with issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, OCD and the challenges of expat living. Qualified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as well as general counselling, I aim to bring a variety of therapies to our sessions, tailoring them to what is best suited to you as an individual, your circumstances and your needs.

I offer sessions online, in person and in public areas. 

Saturday sessions and 'out of hours' sessions can be made via email depending on scheduling.
